Creative Play
There is something for everyone in our classroom. The ideas and creations are always new and innovative and blow me away!
Values Exploration - how do we use our values?
We worked in small teams to figure out and illustrate what our values would look like when using them in the classroom.
Some examples were - If we are being kia manawanui we are sharing the lego with others and taking turns. If we are being kia kaha we are not giving up when our learning gets challenging! If we are being kia maia we are lining up sensibly to go to assembly or the swimming pool and if we are being tuku patai we are asking lots of Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How? questions when somebody shares their news.
