| One of the activities on our Matariki Celebration Day was making God's Eyes. One of the translations for Matariki means the 'eyes of god' (mata ariki). The children in Tangaroa enjoyed making them so much that they have continued to work on them during the week. The level of concentration was impressive and they created some amazing looking God's Eyes! |
